With the Cup competitions split into Knockout and Consolation, the Last 16 of both competitions took place on this date with the following results. Knockout Cup Letham Hotel 1 beat Crown 2 by 7-6 Ship Inn beat Railway Inn 1 by 7-6 (cancelled match which was replayed on Wed 14th April) Ram's Heid 1 lost to Abbey 1 by 10-3 Burns Bar 2 lost to Portcullis 1 by 7-6 Legion 1 beat Portcullis 2 by 7-6 Cliffburn lost to Legion 3 by 7-6 Station beat Bowlers 2 by 8-5 Ram's Heid 2 beat Burns Bar 1 by 7-6 Consolation Cup The following 6 teams received byes and will automatically qualify for Finals Day :- Legion 2, Newgate, Railway 2, Fishermans, Portcullis 3 and Bowlers 1. The only two results on the night were therefore... Victoria Bar beat St Tams by 13-0 (walkover) Stag beat Abbey 2 by 13-0 (walkover) Victoria Bar and Stag join the other 6 teams on Finals Day in May for the Quarter-Finals. | |||
